What is yfor?

It Started with Why
It all started in 2019 when Founder Geraldine Gordon recognised that the disjointed, fragmented and complex way of developing skills was unsustainable and no longer fit for purpose.
We brought together a team that was passionate about finding a solution that connected individuals, businesses and learning providers. By working together, we can achieve more, faster.
We understood that the workforce of the future needed new tools, new methods and new connections to be able to adapt to the pace of change in a sustainable way. A way to build trust, to embrace change and to build communities.
